Led the redesign of the Odeabank website, ensuring it was responsive and user-friendly.
Collaborated closely with the development team, UX research agencies, and stakeholders.
Played a key role in designing the RM Dashboard, enhancing relationship managers' workflow and improving customer interactions.
Led the redesign of the ATM interface, ensuring seamless and efficient experiences for customers during their banking transactions.
Conducted usability testing and refined the design based on user feedback.
Working closely with international design agencies such as Frog.
Co-led the design effort for the Odea App, an exceptional mobile application that received the Red Dot Design Award, the A'Design Bronze Award and a nomination for the prestigious UX Design Awards.
